great breakfast comfy beds awesome pool
the breakfast was a total blast! so many options, it really fueled me up for my day. i had a standard double room, the bed were super comfy. plus, the pool was awesome for a quick dip and relax.

a mixed experience
weak shower no kettle
the staff was friendly enough. the breakfast was acceptable.
the room lacked basic amenities. there was no kettle for making tea or coffee, a real disappointment after a long day (i really wanted a hot drink). the shower pressure was also quite weak, difficult to properly wash my hair.

The breakfast area connects well with the pool. staff members were friendly and helpful. i appreciated the water point, where i could easily refill my water bottle. the hotel location is convenient for using the tram. The airport is one way, and the city center is the other way.
there was no kettle in my room. the hotel did not provide drinking facilities in the room either. i had to dress and go downstairs to get a hot drink. i was not able to take it back to my room to relax in private. i could only get fizzy water to take to my room.

food variety helpful staff tramway stop
the breakfast provided a good variety and high food quality. the staff members were consistently friendly and helpful. there is a convenient tramway stop located directly in front of the hotel. it offers easy access to the city center and the airport.
the window in my room only opened slightly, limiting fresh air.

fresh juice multiple breads easy access
The breakfast included fresh orange juice, AMAZING!!! There were multiple bread types, croissants, and cereals. The hotel is close to the airport, and the tram station is also nearby for easy access to the city center.
The window opened only slightly. A fresh breeze was not really possible.

terminal proximity easy tram short walk
The hotel features a convenient location, close to the terminal. I could walk there. The tram to the city center is easily accessible. I found the botanical garden Park Phoenix within a short walk.
I noticed the absence of tea or coffee-making facilities inside my room.
